Ratio → Lightroom: Crop tool → aspect menu → Enter Custom, then type the two numbers into the width / height fields (either the exact size or the simplified ratio works). The copy button copies the exact WxH as a reference. Nearest LR preset is the built-in Aspect-menu ratio closest to the cell and how many px short a "resize to fit" export would come up; within 2px it is marked as usable. With ".jsx places photos" the gap is irrelevant - photos are cover-fitted and clipped.
